This report examines the environmental information disclosure status of listed companies that received single environmental administrative penalties exceeding 1 million yuan in 2020. It focuses on analyzing the disclosure practices of these companies and, based on Green Jiangnan’s research during communication with listed firms, explores the progress and shortcomings in the environmental information disclosure of Chinese listed companies.
