In an attempt to review the implementation of the policies, the Institute of Public and Environmental affairs (IPE) and Lvse Jiangnan Public Environment Concerned Center compiled a total of 1,123 A-share listed companies who are either Key Polluting Entities themselves or whose subsidiaries are Key Polluting Entities, based on Blue Map database and conduct a close analysis of their 2019 annual reports.
