Since February 2023, the Center for Legal Assistance to Pollution Victims of Chinese University of Political Science and Law, IPE, Lvse Jiangnan and many other environmental organizations have been following the progress of the mandatory disclosure of corporate environmental information. As of now, 77,624 out of 85,000 enterprises have disclosed their annual reports for 2022, accounting for 91.32% of the total enterprises that are required for mandatory information disclosure.
