Since February 2023, several environmental organizations, including the Center for Legal Assistance to Pollution Victims, SIP Lvse Jiangnan Public Environment Concerned Centre, and IPE, have been closely monitoring the progress of legally mandated corporate environmental information disclosure. With the exception of 169 companies in Guangxi that have yet to publish their 2022 annual reports, the disclosure rate for annual reports in other regions has reached nearly 100%.
