Data from the A-share Green Report Project shows that in the first quarter of 2022, out of over 4,000 A-share listed companies, 272 companies were exposed to environmental risks through themselves or their affiliated or subsidiary companies. These risks resulted in more than 500 environmental supervision records, including over 450 environmental fines, with total penalties amounting to approximately 49.1 million yuan.
