Driven by its "Keep Moving" spirit, ANTA Group has deeply integrated sustainable development into its corporate strategy. Adhering to core values of coexistence with consumers, employees, partners, society, and the environment, the Group is comprehensively advancing its "1+3+5" sustainable strategic blueprint. It has set clear carbon reduction targets: achieving net-zero carbon emissions from its self-owned operating facilities by 2030 and full carbon neutrality by 2050, actively fulfilling its firm commitment to global climate action.
ANTA is dedicated to building a green manufacturing system and accelerating the transition to clean energy. Through an third-party investment model, it has installed 11.5 MW of rooftop photovoltaic systems across five self-operated factories. Additionally, its logistics center has built a 4 MW photovoltaic facility. These projects began connecting to the grid and generating power in 2024, marking a new phase in ANTA's green energy system. By the end of 2024, ANTA's self-built PV systems had cumulatively generated and consumed over 8,800 MWh of green electricity, significantly reducing its carbon footprint. Specifically, the self-operated factories consumed 4,912 MWh, reducing approximately 2,876 tons of carbon dioxide equivalent (tCO2e), while the logistics center consumed 3,984 MWh, reducing approximately 2,333 tCO2e. Simultaneously, ANTA is actively expanding its green electricity procurement channels. In 2024, one footwear factory piloted the procurement of 618 MWh of green electricity, reducing approximately 362 tCO2e. These practices fully demonstrate ANTA's effectiveness and determination in applying clean energy and advancing its low-carbon transition.

While developing clean energy, ANTA Group also places high importance on improving energy efficiency. Through multiple energy-saving measures such as steam trap modifications, equipment motor upgrades, and high-efficiency LED lighting replacements, the energy efficiency improvement projects in 2024 achieved a reduction of approximately 500 tCO2e, showcasing the company's systematic approach and in-depth practice in energy conservation and emissions reduction.
Every unit of green electricity represents ANTA's commitment to sustainable development; every carbon reduction action reflects its responsibility for a better future. Moving forward with the posture of a runner, ANTA is fully advancing its green and low-carbon transformation, continuously contributing its strength to protecting clear waters and lush mountains and building a beautiful China.
