About IPE

The Institute of Public & Environmental Affairs (IPE) is a non-profit environmental organization based in Beijing,
China. Since its establishment in 2006, IPE created and runs the Blue Map Database (wwwen.ipe.org.cn),
and launched the Blue Map app in 2014, promoting environmental information disclosure,
