Anta Group Officially Releases Footwear Supply Chain Textile Waste Recycling Strategy in September 2025。 It announced that it will entrust Cyclone Technology to recycle textile waste scraps generated by footwear finished product suppliers during the cutting process. By applying the industry-leading T2T (Textile-to-Textile) textile recycling technology, these scraps will be processed into new yarns for reuse, ultimately forming a closed-loop textile waste recycling model in the footwear supply chain.

At the strategy launch conference, Anta Group and Cyclone Technology jointly signed the Statement on Green Circular Development. This cooperation model will first cover footwear finished product supplier partners in five provinces: Fujian, Henan, Anhui, Sichuan, and Hebei. It is currently the textile waste recycling system with the widest coverage and highest penetration rate in China's sports footwear manufacturing supply chain. It is expected that by 2027, this recycling model will be fully promoted among the finished product suppliers in Anta Group's footwear supply chain. The two parties have joined hands to call on more enterprises to participate in the new ecosystem of textile circular economy and jointly build a green industrial future.

According to statistics from the Global Fashion Agenda, the world generates 92 million tons of waste textiles annually, imposing a heavy burden on the environment. Certified by an authoritative third-party organization, the climate impact (GWP, from cradle to gate) of 1kg of DTY chemical recycled yarn products is 2.838 kg CO₂ eq. By using the T2T closed-loop recycling technology for waste textiles, recycling 1.3 tons of textile waste can produce approximately 1 ton of recycled polyester yarn, reduce emissions by about 4.77 tons of carbon dioxide, save nearly 471 tons of water, and reduce energy consumption by approximately 67%.

The release of this strategy by Anta Group is not only an active practice of its "1+3+5" sustainable strategy but also a key initiative to lead the systematic upgrading of the industry, fully demonstrating its firm commitment to green low-carbon development and sustainability.

For a long time, Anta Group has insisted on integrating "green circulation and environmental coexistence" into its core sustainable development practices, which has been recognized by authoritative institutions. This year, Anta Group was selected into the Hang Seng ESG 50 Index for the first time, ranking among the top 50 Hong Kong-listed companies with the best ESG performance. Recently, with the release of the 2025 ESG rating results by China Securities Index Co., Ltd. (CSI), Anta Group received an "AA" rating, ranking first among 139 participating companies in the textile, apparel, and luxury goods sector, with particularly outstanding performance in the environmental dimension.

While advancing its own sustainable development, Anta Group is also actively promoting the green transformation and upgrading of partners in the upstream and downstream of the supply chain, driving the industry to achieve the "circular recycling" green transformation. Up to now, Anta Group has helped over 100 suppliers adopt clean energy and renewable energy in their facilities.
