To achieve the long-term goal of carbon neutrality by 2050, Luxshare has set clear phased carbon reduction targets and planned six key action strategies. Among them, the medium-term reduction target has been verified and approved by the Science Based Targets Initiative (SBTi). Since 2022, Luxshare have been following a scientific carbon reduction path and continuously promoting the implementation of relevant emission reduction measures for ourselves and our supply chain. Our emission reduction work has made considerable progress. In terms of carbon reduction in the supply chain, the company adheres to carbon reduction at the source and the construction of a green supply chain, promoting the green and low-carbon transformation of the value chain.

Explore the carbon reduction path of products

Raw material acquisition is at the beginning of the value chain, and its carbon emission performance directly affects the carbon footprint level of the end products. To promote the overall carbon reduction of the value chain, Luxshare collaborates with upstream and downstream partners to systematically identify application scenarios of recycled materials, clarifying the direction for promoting low-carbon raw materials and reducing the embodied carbon emissions of products. Luxshare have established a recycled material module in the Green Supply Chain Management (GSCM) system, connecting the information link between the material certification end and the procurement end, to accurately identify and measure newly entered recycled materials, providing data support for quantifying the emission reduction contribution of recycled materials. In addition, Luxshare selects some products to carry out carbon footprint certification, analyzes the emission composition at each stage of the entire life cycle, identifies emission hotspots, and provides a basis for the subsequent carbon reduction work of the products. By 2025, Luxshare successfully applied recycled aluminum to fully replace primary aluminum in one type of product, reducing carbon emissions from raw materials by over 300,000 tons of carbon dioxide equivalent throughout the year.

Create a green and low-carbon supply chain

Guided by the "Green and Low-Carbon Commitment Letter", Luxsahre clearly define the green and low-carbon supply chain management goals and compliance bottom lines to our suppliers. Based on this, Luxshare integrate the IPE rating standards and industry-specific attributes to systematically identify potential environmental risk opportunities and core concerns in the supply chain, and accordingly formulate audit indicators and evaluation standards to ensure the precise implementation of compliance management. In 2026, Luxshare will further expand the scope of its audits, extending environmental concerns from carbon reduction to key areas such as water resources, waste, pollutants, chemicals, and biodiversity. The aim is to establish a more comprehensive environmental compliance assessment system to ensure that we can accurately identify and manage environmental risks throughout the supply chain.

At the beginning of each year, the company formulates a core supplier audit plan, conducts audits and visits to core suppliers, and takes this opportunity to deepen communication with suppliers and promote the implementation of energy conservation, carbon reduction and environmental protection related actions. In 2025, Luxshare will promote energy conservation of 56,560MWh for its suppliers. The practices of energy conservation and emission reduction, recycling, waste gas management, plastic reduction and biodiversity management carried out by suppliers are as follows.
